The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners all over the UK and US. Our customers can get in touch via various channels such as telephony, emails and live chat. Our customers are trying to build their businesses, and we are there to support them every step of the way. You’ll solve problems, fix things that aren’t working for them, and give them a leg up when they need it. We thrive from customer feedback to pilot new ideas, you’ll need to listen to our customers and understand from them how we can build a better business.
This is a full-time position, and our shift patterns are 8am-8pm 3 days a week consistently. You will be working a total of 33 hours but receiving a salary of 37.5 hours per week. You will receive 4 days off per week, and the weekly rota looks like:

We have a start date of the 18th March and are holding interviews now. The initial interview will be a call with a member of the Talent Team, followed by a final stage at our office with two of our Team Leaders. Please keep an eye on your emails (and junk folder) for interview invites.
Training
Your first 6 weeks will be training, between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday-Friday. This will be a mixture of classroom based training, buddying and training as you go.
