Customer Outcomes Enablement Specialist

As an Enablement Specialist on the Customer Outcomes Journey team, you will be a key driver in the adoption of a company-wide GTM (Go to Market) approach that drives higher levels of customer success and revenue growth. As a key member of the WWFO (Worldwide Field Organization) team you will collaborate across all critical functions to evolve Smartsheet's GTM capabilities and be an active evangelist of the evolving Customer Outcomes approach that impacts both Smartsheet employees and customers. You will enable and evangelize the ability to deliver outcome/value conversations across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Outcomes.

You Will: 

  • Drive Customer Outcome GTM adoption by working cross functionally with sales, enablement and customer success
  • Coach various internal partners within Sales and Customer Success on our Customer Outcomes offerings to increase sales productivity and improve deal velocity
  • Deliver enablement programs to help in the activation of multiple initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success & Professional Services
  • Manage and drive the ongoing adoption, development, and success of sales tools to support pipeline growth, services scoping, and Renewals
  • Create scalable assets and Executive level presentations (Business Cases, Professional Services Scope SOWs, Value Realization) targeted at customer champions and economic buyers.
  • Use customer usage patterns to gain insights, provide guidance and increase customer adoption and success
  • Work with the Sales and Professional Services teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities
  • Identify and share best practices across geographic regions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of management experience in a management consulting firm and/or 
  • 2+ software company with a focus on value management/engineering or sales transformation
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance and/or accounting
  • Experience with DecisionLink, Snowflake, and/or Tableau is a plus
  • Sales GTM experience working with strategic deals, account teams and/or projects
  • Deep financial analysis and modeling skills including the ability to educate non-financial roles in concepts such as ROI, IRR, TCO etc.
  • Willing to travel periodically based on business needs

Smartsheet provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. 

California & New York: $94,500 to $143,100 | All other US States: $87,500 to $132,500
