A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in customer activation and onboarding
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
Exceptional command of both spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Previous experience as a Team Lead or Quality Control Expert in customer support is a significant advantage
Preferably based in Portugal or the Netherlands (remote is also an option but within the EU time zone)
Interact with B2B customers for additional information related to tasks and projects assigned.
Manage, analyze, and validate the data in internal systems related to churn, renewals, and revenue growth.
Guide customers through onboarding, take ownership of their journey and collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure each customer achieves successful activation.
Maintain regular meetings with customers during their onboarding journey to offer continuous support and gather valuable feedback.
