Maximus is looking for a Copywriter and Content Editor to manage editorial calendar, website copy, advertising copy, and content production. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about health and optimization, and has a proven track record of publishing content, writing human-centric copy, and managing freelance writers. This role reports into our Head of Marketing, who will provide hands-on management and support career growth.

Responsibilities:
• Content creation and management: Develop and execute an engaging content strategy across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, YouTube, and newsletters. Manage our contract editorial team to ensure high-quality and highly engaging content production.
• Copywriting: Translate complex scientific literature on human biology and hormones into understandable and relatable copy for the average person, while maintaining the scientific integrity of our brand.
• Brand strategy and execution. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to enhance the storytelling of revolutionary experiences from Maximus clients and team members.
Collaborate with the broader Maximus team:
• Content: Collaborate with leadership, clinical, and contract editorial team to produce dynamic and educational content that engages our target audience.
• Website: Partner with the marketing, clinical, customer success, and product teams to ensure that our website's product and brand messaging effectively communicates the benefits and features of our protocols.
Your first 90 days
• Speak to 5 customers, conduct a customer survey, and evaluate customer data.
• Audit brand marketing by evaluating our website, social media, and content strategy.
• Recommend and build a content generation framework.
• Create a roadmap for brand marketing.
• Implement new campaigns across owned channels.
• Maintain content production across newsletter, blog, and social media.
