About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with our team of Recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, managing a variety of operational tasks, and serving as the face of Orchard to our candidates. You'll be an organizational guru, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders and candidates through your strong communication skills and sense of urgency.  This is a remote role and should be based in Austin, Texas.  This position will last through August 1, with potential to extend depending on business need.

What You'll Do Here

  • Handle heavy scheduling (and rescheduling) requests. This includes constant communication with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage administrative tasks within Greenhouse and Docusign, including sending offer letters, new hire notification forms, etc.
  • Manage Greenhouse reporting and ensure Greenhouse data accuracy
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to provide a high touch, first-class candidate experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience with Greenhouse is required
  • Experience with Docusign is preferred
