Responsibilities
Build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in niche areas based on market needs and business strategies.
Maintain regular communication with the in-house Recruitment Team to keep them updated on active positions and candidates' status.
Conduct detailed role briefings to understand departmental needs and expectations thoroughly.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to define job specifications and requirements accurately.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy using diverse recruiting outlets.
Conduct thorough phone screens, manage the interview process proficiently, and coordinate interview debriefs while providing valuable insights.
Offer guidance and support throughout the negotiation process, ensuring successful outcomes.
Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive to candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Act as a brand ambassador for CC.Talent, promoting our culture and values through effective communication.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Internal Recruiter, or similar role with exposure to filling roles in the BPO industry.
Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing).
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, video interviews, and behavioral interviews.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
APAC Recruitment is definite plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
