Content Writer for Real Estate & Moving Industry SaaS
We're a small team looking for a writer we can trust to deliver content that provides real, substantive answers to leading residential real estate brokers and moving company owners across North America.
You'll be expected to write long-form content that is fun to read and requires minimal edits. The readers in this audience are not brand new agents or business owners. They are established leaders looking for more ways to scale and you will be expected to lead them through an intelligent, value-led discussion in your writing.
The ideal candidate will have samples covering topics like lead generation, sales, and leadership.
What makes us different?
An obsession with quality
Unlike content mills or high-volume agencies, we never use AI writers or 'churn and burn' hiring processes. We work with a small number of clients and team members so we can maintain a focus on quality.
Long-term contract
Our compensation structure is simple. You get a rolling retainer with us for $1,200 per month for 4 articles (of 1.5-2K words each). As long as you continue to meet our standards for quality content, your retainer will continue month to month. We also have a bonus structure in place for exceptional work.
