With the recent increase in costs of living, Flipp’s mission has never been more relevant. Flipp’s Shopper Consideration Platform allows retailers and manufacturers to create digital experiences from their savings & deals content. These experiences help Shoppers decide what to buy and where to buy it. Flipp then connects those retailer and manufacturer experiences to millions of shoppers through Flipp’s owned and operated channels.

The Content Solutions Lead manages the tech solutions needed to provide additional value to our retailer partners. Working closely with Partner Technology, Customer Success, Content Production, Sales Engineer, Product and Engineering teams to design and build feasible, scalable solutions that meet our business objectives. In this role, you will be required to 1) Manage the delivery of our integrated solution 2) Provide technical integrated solutions and strategies that support our implementation teams 3) Identify and cultivate a culture of innovation that provides value for our retailer partners. This is a full-time contract position until January 2026. 

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Solution Creation & Tech Enablement:

    • Develop cross-team tech solutions that external-facing partners can leverage during implementation through leveraging retailer feedback and Flipp product knowledge. (Example: Tech Playbooks, Training Assets, Documentation)
    • Create engaging content that supports our team through the implementation process plus boost retailer onboarding experience. Content should address best known solutions/practices that can resolve prospective pain points, goals, and both business and technical obstacles. 
    • Design & deliver knowledge learning session that cultivates learning & development
  • Solution Design & Data Analysis

    • Research, understand, and share industry trends and/or challenges in order to evolve our solution approach.
    • Collect & Analyze qualitative & quantitative data such as surveys, user feedback, and analytics to formulate impactful strategies & tactics (decision matrix). 
    • Asks the right questions to accurately bring up core themes, champion opportunities and provide sound implementable solutions.
  • Project Management:

    • Break down project objectives and milestones with involved implementation parties based on agreed-upon timelines (Visual Design, Solutions, Engineering).
    • Anchor the delivery of a solution; ensure deadlines are met, and champion the communication to key stakeholders on a project (ex. Product, Engineering, Partner Technology Customer Success, Retail Technical Sales and/or retailer partners).
    • Perform impact/effort, and risk analysis throughout the development of a project.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 3+ years experience with demonstrated industry experience in client services, technical pre-sales, technical account management or project management
  • Experience with automation, consolidating workflows, and creating effective best practices.
  • Previous experience mentoring and/or coaching team members for performance
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams; specifically, with Product, Sales, Analytics and Engineering towards a common goal
  • Demonstrated  experience managing and delivering internal and external projects
  • Familiarity with web technologies, such as JavaScript, APIs, and JSON
  • Familiarity with Product Management, Digital Asset Management, E-commerce systems and others would be an asset, but not required
  • PMP is a nice to have, but not required
