Content Marketing Manager

As Content Marketing Manager at Ledgy, you’ll lead our efforts to develop and distribute best-in-class content for our multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your work will help educate the wider ecosystem about equity and share plan management, provide insightful information on the latest equity trends, and help Ledgy win new business.

This is a high impact role with the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams within one of Europe’s fastest-growing and most ambitious companies.

At Ledgy, you will...

  • Partner closely with our Content and Communications Lead, Marketing Director, and CEO to develop and implement content marketing campaigns that help Ledgy hit its business goals
  • Manage Ledgy’s content marketing strategy, owning our content calendar to ensure we produce timely, helpful, and engaging content across key channels
  • Create quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, email campaigns, newsletters, and more
  • Analyse the effectiveness of our content; provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly, testing, and iterating based on campaign performance
  • Analyse and leverage internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to guide strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
  • Be a cheerleader for quality content: help other members of the marketing team, from product marketing to designers, deliver quality and consistency in content production

The job is a good fit if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
  • Can demonstrate a history of leading data-driven, multichannel content marketing campaigns in technology businesses that generate leads and drive demand
  • Are familiar writing and creating content that engages senior finance stakeholders
  • Feel at ease discussing complex financial products and software
  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Looker to analyse content data
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages, especially French or German, are a plus)
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
  • Are proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience is producing SEO optimised content

Please note: for candidates based in London, UK or Berlin, DE we use a hybrid work model of minimum 1 day in the office per week
