We seek a talented individual to support our compliance efforts across Marketplace Operations owned & operated properties, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. 

As Compliance Manager, you will play an active role in overseeing our marketing programs and ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines. You will be responsible for managing a team of Compliance Analysts, guiding them in executing compliance audits, monitoring marketing activities, and ensuring all teams uphold the company’s standard of integrity and fair business practices. Your ability to stay abreast of changing regulations, partner guidelines, and industry best practices will be essential in minimizing compliance risks and fostering a trustworthy program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Compliance Analysts, providing direction, guidance and support to ensure effective performance and continuous professional development.
• Work closely with editorial teams to ensure content is accurate and in compliance with regulatory and partner guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to facilitate the implementation of new site features and functionalities as required to maintain compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance audits of marketing activities to identify any potential violations, and take necessary corrective actions promptly.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal stakeholders to raise awareness of compliance requirements and best practices.
• Stay up to date on changes in regulations, legal requirements and industry best practices related to marketing compliance across multiple verticals, including Personal Finance, SMB, and Home Services.
• Facilitate open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and promoting a culture of compliance. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Law, Finance, Marketing)
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing and financial product compliance is preferred.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, advertising regulations, and ethical business practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Comfortable working in G-Suite
• Experience working in content management systems such as Wordpress preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize projects accordingly
• Willingness to quickly learn about new industries, products, and services
• Comfortable managing your own projects and deliverables
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
