We seek a talented individual to support our compliance efforts across Marketplace Operations owned & operated properties, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
As Compliance Manager, you will play an active role in overseeing our marketing programs and ensuring adherence to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines. You will be responsible for managing a team of Compliance Analysts, guiding them in executing compliance audits, monitoring marketing activities, and ensuring all teams uphold the company’s standard of integrity and fair business practices. Your ability to stay abreast of changing regulations, partner guidelines, and industry best practices will be essential in minimizing compliance risks and fostering a trustworthy program.
