Job Description

General Dynamics UK is looking for an experienced Compensation and Reward Analyst to join our inclusive and collaborative team.

In this Compensation and Reward Analyst role, you will be part of an international Total Rewards team supporting and executing Compensation And Reward activities for the organisation in both the UK and Canada. You will play a “hands-on” role in supporting and delivering key annual processes.

In this Compensation and Reward Analyst role, you will:

  • Develop and progress of the company's compensation structure and pay philosophy
  • Coordinate the annual reward cycle, including the management of the annual salary pay review and short-term incentives, along with the management of budgets
  • Research and report on market trends
  • Conduct Job evaluation of new and existing roles, working in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure role alignment to organisational design
  • Compile data for annual external compensation and benefits market surveys
  • Completing annual legislative analysis such as Pay Equity/Gender Pay Gap
  • Annual market analysis in line with the Company’s Compensation structure, including the setting of market competitive rates
  • Developing compensation related policies and procedures

Qualifications

To succeed in this Compensation and Reward Analyst role, you would typically need a degree-level education or equivalent and a wide range of relevant experience. You will also require:

  • Experience in compensation administration, analysis, design and knowledge of compensation-related legislation and the economy
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, communication and collaboration skills
  • A willingness to learn about benefits and pension schemes
  • Advanced level working knowledge of MS Excel

This role offers a starting salary of up to £62,000 (dependant on experience) plus an excellent flexible benefits package.
