Community Program Specialist

Mantle Network is a high-performance Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) modular L2 network incubated by the BitDAO community. We are seeking a highly qualified Community Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and maintaining ambassador programs for the Mantle developer and token holder communities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, planning, and hosting various online and in-person events.

• Ambassador Program Specialist

  • Create, nurture, and manage an ambassador program encompassing the wider Mantle community and developers.

  • Establish scalable processes for onboarding, contributions, reward distribution, progression, and other essential procedures to empower Mantle community leaders in building regional communities, organizing events, generating content, and conducting related activities.

  • Drive the entire lifecycle of the program, from conceptualization to execution.

  • Leverage your existing network and collaborate with the Mantle team to identify and recruit leaders, including ambassadors, influencers, students, and community members.

  • Foster communication with industry professionals and developers to establish a robust network.

  • Ensure the program fosters diversity and inclusivity within the global Mantle Community.

  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic event planning, resource allocation, and community-building initiatives.

  • Develop and implement community and marketing campaigns to drive growth.

  • Regularly provide data-driven insights through reports on the growth and success of the ambassador program.

• Support for Online and In-person Events

  • Strategize and coordinate online events such as Ask Me Anything (AMAs), panel discussions, and ecosystem dialogues involving the Mantle team and ambassadors.

  • Maintain a calendar of online events to facilitate marketing and community engagement among ambassadors.

  • Participate as a featured speaker in both in-person and online events within the Mantle Ecosystem.

  • Create scalable processes to facilitate ongoing regional ambassador events.

  • Collaborate with and provide support to the Mantle team, independent developers, ecosystem teams, and hackathon winners to foster connections and organize events, workshops, and educational opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and expanding ambassador or similar programs within web3 communities.

• Proven skills in program and project management.

• Experience in team management, ensuring timely delivery of results.

• Exceptional task management and prioritization abilities.

• Proficient in working asynchronously with a geographically dispersed team.

• Strong proficiency in English communication, including excellent writing skills.

• Established track record of achieving program growth and success through data-driven strategies.

• Passion for and prior experience with blockchain technology and web3.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ethereum L1/L2 developer communities.

• Ability to comprehend and explain fundamental blockchain concepts.

• Multilingual communication skills are considered a valuable asset.
