Join our forward-thinking Marketing Design team as a Communication Designer (m/f/x). You'll create compelling, on-brand marketing materials, leveraging our innovative approach and mastery of tools like Midjourney. Collaborate with our marketing team on impactful campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Your main tasks will include:

• Design visually appealing ads that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
• Produce high-quality and engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including print, digital, web design, and social media.
• Create visually stunning illustrations that align with the brand's messaging and values.
• Utilize the power of Midjourney to create captivating brand photography, leveraging our established internal process and extensive prompt library for effective AI-driven visual storytelling.
• Participate in brand projects, significantly contributing to the art direction of brand campaigns.
• Engage in in-house production for the company's organic social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram, bringing fresh perspectives and creativity to our online presence.
• Collaborate with our marketing team, copywriters, fellow designers, and other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize communication approaches.
• Participate in creative brainstorms and inspiration sessions, contributing innovative ideas and fresh thinking to the team.
• Test and refine creative concepts based on data, research, and insights.
• Ensure adherence to all design best practices and fundamentals.

• You’re a creative designer with 3+ years of experience in a design-related role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• You have in-depth knowledge of recognized design industry tools and platforms (e.g., Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• You have strong drawing skills and the ability to create illustrations that align with brand guidelines. This is a must for the position.
• You are passionate about design, highly creative, and always looking for innovative ways to approach marketing campaigns.
• You should have a keen interest and passion for AI design tools; practical experience with Midjourney will be considered a significant plus.
• A fluent English speaker. Intermediate level of German is a plus.
• Having a portfolio is a must for this position. Applications submitted without an attached portfolio will not be considered.
