Earn up to $20/hour! This is a fully remote position and includes paid training.
Westgate Resorts is seeking a Collections Representative that will be responsible for all activity on accounts to maintain the best possible portfolio performance and customer service. With our flexible work-from-home schedule, it is possible to have work-life balance and supportive leadership directly available to you!
Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of $14.00/hour, or $14.50/hour if fully Bilingual Spanish. Our generous commission structure is based on goal performance and has earning potentials of $500-$700 a month. We also offer shift differential pay, which is 15% Monday-Friday after 5:00 PM, and 20% on Saturdays.

As a Collections Representative you will:
Training Schedule: All Paid Training!
Week 1, Fully Remote: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Week 2, Fully Remote: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Center Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Remote Worker Considerations:
Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you to have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50-100 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed.
