Cloud Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Cloud Project Manager for our team in Finland.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Planning, delivering and managing projects successfully, i.e. meeting the schedule, cost and scope objectives and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Taking care of administrative PM tasks such as project/program portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, customer and internal status reporting and project governance
• Being responsible for project technical scope and expectation management as well as agreeing on responsibilities and accountabilities with stakeholders
• Managing escalations and risk management
• Identifying and managing technical dependencies within the project and the customer's architecture
• Leading and coaching our Cloud Architects/Application Developers with a scrum master type of mentality
• Managing financials of a project/program/account
• Participating in account management activities

As we have varying opportunities to work internationally, some readiness to travel in Finland and other locations in Europe is required.

Your key skills:

• 4+ years of relevant project management experience
• General project management skills using agile methods and/or industry leading project management methodologies
• Background in working with multinational remote teams (we have multiple sites in Europe), preferably in consultancy type of fast-paced organization
• Experience in managing customer relationships - you have previously worked in a customer-facing, project management role for a technology company and understand the importance of managing customer expectations
• Subject matter expertise from technology (cloud technologies, applications, infrastructure, networks, data etc.) or particular project types (technology or business transformation, migrations or modernizations, transitions etc.)
• Previous experience in defining and continuously improving processes
• Drive to learn new things along with a keen interest in the public cloud - you're motivated to keep yourself up to date with cloud evolution and understand how it can bring value to our customers
• A 'get it done' attitude and ownership of tasks from their inception to completion
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish

• Certifications (public cloud, project management, agile)
