Cloud Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineers with expertise in Amazon Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. This role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS CDK, AWS services, Lambda, and API architecture. The candidate should be proficient in Typescript (Javascript), as it is the preferred language for CDK implementation.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Engage in full-stack development activities, with a particular emphasis on back-end implementation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

* Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon CDK by maintaining codebases, showcasing projects, and handling Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as an integral part of the development process.

* Utilize AWS CDK to define cloud infrastructure in a programmable and scalable manner.

* Possess a deep understanding of various AWS services and their integration within the CDK framework.

* Implement and optimize AWS services to enhance the performance and scalability of applications.

* Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions as part of the overall architecture.

* Optimize and troubleshoot Lambda functions to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

* Design, implement, and maintain API architectures within the AWS environment.

* Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of API implementations.

* Showcase strong expertise in Typescript (Javascript), with a focus on its application within the AWS CDK framework.

* Leverage Typescript for effective development and maintenance of CDK codebases.

* Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases through comprehensive documentation.

* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.


*Required Skills & Qualification:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Proven experience in full-stack development, with a focus on back-end technologies.

* Extensive hands-on experience with AWS CDK, AWS services, Lambda, and API architecture.

* Proficiency in Typescript (Javascript), with a preference for CDK implementation.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

* Demonstrated experience in maintaining CDK codebases or showcasing CDK projects.

* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and best practices.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
