Lumata Health has raised more than $14.8MM in grant and venture funding to date.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team at Lumata Health. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, providing executive-level support and assistance in decision making.
  • Manage the Chief Executive’s schedule, including scheduling meetings and planning travel
  • Collaborate with executive team members to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team, driving timely completion and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates and reports to the executive team.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision making.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information, maintaining the highest level of discretion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level support role, such as Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial acumen, and project management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
