Change Management Specialist

Trilogy Federal provides financial management, information technology (IT) consulting, program management services, and strategic consulting to federal agencies. Trilogy Federal is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our growing company and support our federal client.  Our ideal candidate will contribute effectively towards our team goals in a cross-functional role and ensure exceptional customer experience for our client and their employees.
The chosen candidate must be able to travel approximately 6 times per year (Travel may be required with short notice to various local facility locations).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change.
  • Completing change management assessments and change management strategy.
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
  • Creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan; supporting and engaging senior leaders.
  • Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Integrating change management activities into project plan and evaluating and ensuring user readiness.
  • Managing stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting issues.
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.
  • Experience leading change management, communications, and training efforts related to a major enterprise modernization effort.
  • Experience with building out a project schedule related to change management, document management, communication, and training activities.
  • Experience with developing and managing change management/communications artifacts (eblasts, brochures, posters, video scripts, etc.) development and related activities.
  • Experience with developing training materials and delivering training to a diverse user community in a virtual environment.
  • Experience with leading the efforts to develop, document and drive the activities around creating and managing the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) associated with our client operations.
  • Apply change management, communications, and training methodologies and principles to support a large and diverse user community.
  • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
  • May provide daily supervision and direction to other communications, change management, and training resources.



Minimum Requirements:
  • Master’s degree
  • 2 years of experience supporting large Healthcare or Clinical Research organization
  • Prosci Certification
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Experience and knowledge of change management, communications, and training principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Effective project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and SMEs to provide high-quality of service. 
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred VA experience
  • Preferred experience applying Prosci concepts in health research environment.
