CEO - Online BizOp Course Business

We are now hiring a Chief Executive Officers (CEO) to run a course business in the BizOp space. We are looking for someone who has a successful track record of building and scaling a course business (preferably to $300K++ in annual profit), is comfortable in high-level decision-making, and has expertise in a BizOp industry.

This role is for one of Onfolio’s portfolio companies. Onfolio Holdings, Inc (OHI) (NASDAQ: ONFO) is a holding company at the forefront of the digital acquisitions space, operating a diversified portfolio of digital product and online service businesses.

• Successfully take over all functions of the course business, utilizing a small team of people to ensure continuous operations, growth and customer retention
• Report your business health metrics to Onfolio's executive team
• Keep the business stable to earn base compensation and some bonuses. Grow the agency to unlock more upside.
• Develop and implement marketing, sales and technical strategy for the business
• Keep up to date with the digital product ecosystem in the BizOp space to ensure the business is always at the cutting-edge and following best practices.

• You have experience running an online business generating $300k+ in annual profit.
• You could be someone who has run an online business for yourself in the past and you are now looking for the stability of a salary, plus the opportunity to share in the upside if you grow the business, without the risk of taking on the capital requirements to invest in it.
• You could also be a career operator, someone who is excellent at putting the right people in the right roles, strategy and vision.

Requirements

• Experience with a digital course business
• Digital marketing experience, especially paid media & funnel management
• Email marketing expertise
• Affiliate management knowledge
• Experience developing profitable marketing, operational and technical strategies and implementing vision
• Strong understanding of digital and content marketing and selling to small business owners
• A resourceful, entrepreneurial, approach to business planning with a bias towards action
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with team members, other CEOs and Onfolio's executives
• Background in online business leadership
