The Canva Designer at AUTO24.africa will be pivotal in enhancing our brand image globally. Your main duties will involve creating various types of visuals for different platforms and mediums – from web banners to print materials, social media graphics, video thumbnails, and more. The role also entails actively posting and managing some of our social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visuals for web, print, videos, and other mediums using Canva.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all designs.
• Post content and manage interactions on our various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaigns and strategies.
• Stay updated with design trends to incorporate new and fresh ideas into designs.
• Occasionally provide basic video editing and graphic animations.
• Ensure all designs meet the requirements of the platform they are intended for (size, resolution, format).

Requirements

• Proven mastery of the Canva design tool.
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital setting.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating a range of design capabilities.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic video editing tools is a plus.
• Please provide a portfolio made on Canva.
