Business Systems Analyst

Overview:

OneNeck IT Solutions has a great opportunity for an Application Analyst. This position works with key business users to document requirements and partnering on the operationalization of business application strategy. This position also works with end users and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance tool capabilities.

NOTE: This position may be hired at the Application Analyst II or III given skills, experiences and business needs.

Responsibilities:

The scope of this position includes, but is not limited to, supporting business applications managed by OneNeck’s Business Application team.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to manage and enhance configure price quote (CPQ), quote/order management applications
Perform various business analysis duties including leading and assisting in identifying business requirements, supporting and managing existing applications, analyzing issues and communicating with end users to assess needs and optimize business solutions
Perform and oversee various duties for optimal use of applications including changes/modifications, interfaces
Provide support for the application management
Act as liaison to other internal application teams to facilitate integration with other systems
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
4+ years’ experience working with an application platform as Admin or Business Analyst
Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.

Other Qualifications:

Prior experience with CPQ and/or quote/order management applications preferred
Proven attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process oriented.
Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently or in a team environment.
High integrity and professional values.
