The Business Management Associate is responsible for nurturing and developing highly successful client relationships to ensure that ASE Global delivers for every customer, helping them to drive performance and accelerate profitability. Working with OEMs, dealer networks and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability, and business improvement. Working to identify customer problems and devise programs that deliver a tangible impact.

The successful candidate will work in a remote work model from home in Germany!
What your day will look like:
- Tracks, processes analyze operative and financial and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organizes independently Dealer visits based on results
- Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignments (e.g. General accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues and reporting, etc.
- Present regularly at all levels of Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement
- Provide training to the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, and map charts, and assist in the analysis of their KPI´s performance data
- Serves as a contact for and develops relationships with the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction
- Assumes responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects
- Attends project meetings and participates in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and results
- Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues
- New franchise launch and roll-out, suiting with project-specific
- Responsibility for maintenance of new and existing customer existing and new reporting solutions
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs and identify business opportunities
- Working from home in Germany
About you:
- German Language skillset to at least a Professional level, both written and verbal, is essential
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration or similar discipline is essential
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
- Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding
- Experience with Business Management, Accountancy principles and KPI's analysis
- Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel skillset
- Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products
- Specialist in Training and onsite consultancy
- Strong verbal and written English and German communication
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on the process and solving problems
- A genuinely curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
- A team player who loves a challenge and wants to eventually ‘own' their area of the business
- Someone who is driven by life-long learning and continuous professional development
- Flexible working will be required due to the nature of the role

Great if you have:
- An Automotive background
- Have a Motor Dealer or OEM consultancy or audit expertise
- Training expertise
- MBA advantageous but not essential
