Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute direct business development campaigns, including cold outreach, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
- Nurture and manage relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and achieve common goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in direct business development campaigns, including expertise in cold outreach, partnership establishment, and relationship management.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common business objectives.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. The ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively is crucial for success in this role.
