Business Development Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Manager to help us build up our business activities. Business Development Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and working with Account Executives to maintain customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strategic partner relationships, fostering long-term collaboration and mutual growth
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects, including potential clients and partners
  • Effectively handle inbound leads, providing prompt and professional responses
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms
  • Set up and manage meetings with potential clients and partners, actively listening to their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, tailored to each audience
  • Create regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of team leads for sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, handling objections and resolving any complaints
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve outstanding sales results

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar relevant role, preferably with past agency experience
  • Demonstrated success in selling larger deals in branding, app development, and digital transformation
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Sales Intelligence tools
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales and business development
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals
  • Strong negotiation skills, from initial discussions to deal closure
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
