As a Senior Business Development Specialist at Aethir, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our relationships with clients. This position will allow you to work on some of the most exciting projects in the computer games industry while being part of a dynamic team passionate about decentralized technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies within the IaaS and web3 gaming sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and new clients, as well as key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
- Manage and optimize multiple sales channels, including partnerships and accounts, while maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about the latest developments, industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities within the industry. This includes conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the landscapes. Utilize this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge and educate clients on the benefits of the company's offerings in both sectors.
- Oversee CRM management, maintaining accurate client interaction records, and collaborate with the marketing team for impactful lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in business development, specifically related to IaaS and web3 gaming sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of sales success and the ability to consistently hit sales targets.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is a plus.
