We are looking for a Business Development Associate to establish, build, and manage important employer relationships in both Iraq and Jordan. This role is a fixed-term contracting role until December 1, 2024, with a possibility to extend. This is a remote role that would operate under the Fundraising and Partnerships vertical. We have a preference for candidates based in Erbil or Baghdad with strong existing relationships within the private sector across Iraq and Jordan. Project hours are expected to be 40 hours per week, but we can consider applicants for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

- Add open opportunities to our student jobs board and share these opportunities with our graduates.
- Collaborate with our Alumni Success team to organize in-person employer networking events in Jordan and Iraq.
- Match graduates to open roles identified.
