Business Analyst

This role focuses on using data to drive business decisions. The responsibilities include identifying and analyzing key metrics, developing improvement plans, measuring progress, assessing market opportunities, and creating compelling data-driven narratives. This position also involves streamlining processes for reporting metrics and communicating findings to stakeholders. As a member of the Strategy & Transformation team, this role directly contributes to shaping and achieving the organization's strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data for monthly Operating Metric reporting, strategic planning, competitive analysis,and ad hoc business analysis.
  • Build “single source of truth” (SSOT) for market data to guide future investment decisions & growth opportunities.
  • Construct addressable market analyses to guide strategic planning, product roadmaps & investment decisions.
  • Coordinate with functional teams and leaders to build & improve metrics / market analyses, as well as automate their creation wherever possible.
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance & growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain metrics reporting & analytical tools.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
  • Assist with project management for selected projects.


  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent data analytics tools experience - eg Smartsheets, PowerBI (required).
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Five+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.
