This role focuses on using data to drive business decisions. The responsibilities include identifying and analyzing key metrics, developing improvement plans, measuring progress, assessing market opportunities, and creating compelling data-driven narratives. This position also involves streamlining processes for reporting metrics and communicating findings to stakeholders. As a member of the Strategy & Transformation team, this role directly contributes to shaping and achieving the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data for monthly Operating Metric reporting, strategic planning, competitive analysis,and ad hoc business analysis.Build “single source of truth” (SSOT) for market data to guide future investment decisions & growth opportunities.Construct addressable market analyses to guide strategic planning, product roadmaps & investment decisions.Coordinate with functional teams and leaders to build & improve metrics / market analyses, as well as automate their creation wherever possible.Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance & growth opportunities.Develop and maintain metrics reporting & analytical tools.Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.Assist with project management for selected projects.Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent data analytics tools experience - eg Smartsheets, PowerBI (required).Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Five+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance or related field.Advanced English#LI-YL1
