Business Analyst- IT & OT integration

• Create IT & OT integration service catalogue
• Contribute in the creation of reporting & KPI for the project
• Leading the solution design phase of the project through stakeholder engagements, gathering and documenting requirements, developing them into functional or business requirement documents, assessing the impact of changes to be made and adding their experience to the process to aid the project at hand.
• Document agreed requirements on-time, in line with scope & goals of a project to ensure benefits are realized as early as possible.
• Document/analyse change requests as required by a project.
• Support development, system testing and user acceptance testing during the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis ideally in Pharma industry
• Experience in driving and delivering change in complex Projects
• Analytical mind-set with an ability to manage complex dependencies in a structured and systematic way
• Strong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international team with track of measurable results
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to challenge the status quo, contribute & prioritize multiple partners (multi-cultural and cross functional teams in a virtual set-up)
