Business Analyst Freelancer

We are looking for a Business Analyst Freelancer to join a project in the IT sector in partnership with an American company.

You will support the technical team making sure the successful execution of our cloud initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the utmost quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams and clients to gather project requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive documentation;
• Prepare detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines project deliverables, timelines, and resources;
• Analyze project performance and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in the IT area, with a preference for prior experience in cloud or infrastructure related projects for at least 1 year;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
• Flexibility to adapt the work hours to other time zones (eg. 10am-7pm) and to work up to 3 days/week;
• Based in Portugal.
