Billingual Content Creator Account Manager Social & Content

Edelman is looking for a bilingual Account Manager-level Content Creator to join our team of social media experts that plan, ideate and create the kind of agile content that the internet lives for.  


We are looking for a candidate with a desire to be challenged and a hunger to make great work. You will be a social media native who loves making stories come to life across digital platforms and wants to create high-engagement, culturally- connected, entertainment-first content for some of the world’s best-known and most important brands.  


As a Content Creator, you will play a leading role on integrated teams responsible for delivering exceptional social media content and running social channels across multiple sectors and industries.  


You have hands-on experience concepting and creating content across platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok. You live and breath social and understand trends in news, social and culture and how to respond to them. You’re familiar with social strategy and how to judge content performance, and you love to find creative ways to tell stories, make an impact, move fast and have fun doing it. You often direct by doing, you show more than tell. You will build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate internally with strategy, digital, data, influencer, paid media and conceptual creative teams. You will dare to be disruptive by introducing innovation into client programs and evolving our digital craft.  


Your will be able to ideate both real-time and planned content across platforms, with a particular emphasis on TikTok; create mock-ups, scripts and storyboards; present and sell-in ideas internally and to clients; create or oversee the creation of content end-to-end, collaborating with DPs/ editors/ motion designers etc., as applicable.

What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience inagency or in-house marketing, advertising, digital or social teams. 
  • The ability to speak and create in French and English fluently.  
  • A proven ability to ideate and create content for social and digital platforms. 
  • A rich understanding of all social & digital channels, formats, trends, and culture. 
  • Experience ideating planned and agile content concepts across social platforms, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram. 
  • Experience creating short form video & the links to show for it. 
  • Skill and comfort with shooting, editing and using all the tools in app, ideally also with CapCut. 
  • Experienced concepting – and ideally designing using Photoshop or Canva – visual assets such as memes, Instagram slideshows and social copy.  
  • Comfort working with video directors and editors to help achieve uplevelled creative goals. 
  • Familiarity with post-production, motion graphics, and what can be achieved using these.  
  • Familiarity with how to use and find social trends and data to inspire content concepts. 
  • Experience being both on and off camera is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of creative and content creation workflows. 
  • Highly experienced in planning and organization 
  • A team-first mentality, working with your account teams and other specialty teams to deliver our best thinking for our clients’ business assignments.  
  • Strong critical thinking, presenting and communications skills. 
  • We are particularly interested in candidates who have some design as well as video creation skill. VFX or animation experience is a bonus.
