Red Sky is a #StartupStudio with +17 years of experience developing IT tech & products. We are a strategic partner of the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder fund. We cooperate through a unique business model that combines the skills of a startup studio and a venture capital fund. We operate using the #VentureBuilding formula – based on the experience of experts, we create IT solutions and support promising startups.

 

Cooperation model
This unique venture building model of cooperation ensures you with a pivotal role in building startup from the ground up and driving success in e-commerce. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the product and the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, overseeing all aspects of operations, and leading a high-performing team. 
Main responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of the startup, with a focus on developing and implementing a clear roadmap for success.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Oversee the development of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of our target audience and drives user engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage the financial performance of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry, and apply this knowledge to drive the company's growth and success.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to the company's mission and values.
We require
  • A proven track record of leadership in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in the marketplace SaaS industry, preferably within e-commerce.
  • A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in designing and/or mapping processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English.
