Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, including crafting email copy for newsletters, cold outreach, and drip campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of email KPIs and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for staying at the forefront of marketing trends.
- Experience in the SaaS / Software industry is a plus.
- Experience using CRM for lead management and customer engagement.
- Nice to have: Experience with SEO for enhanced online visibility and organic traffic.
Responsabilities
- Develop and execute B2B email marketing strategies, including creating compelling email copy for newsletters, cold outreach, and drip campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize email KPIs, including delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate, to drive continuous improvement.
- Craft engaging email narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand story.
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, search engines, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing email and paid advertising efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in B2B marketing strategies.
