Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Automation Specialist who can help us automate a variety of processes within our organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, improving data integrity, and driving business outcomes. You should be familiar with tools such as Zapier and Airtable, and have a firm understanding of automated data flows, marketing automation, and business process automation.


Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and manage automation solutions for processes across the company, with a focus on ticket sales data management and marketing messages.
  • Leverage tools like Zapier and Airtable to automate workflows, data updates, and other routine tasks.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify automation opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Create, test, and monitor automated processes to ensure they function as expected, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Train and support team members in using automated systems and processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and best practices, and continuously seek to optimize our automation strategies.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in process automation, ideally in an arts and entertainment context.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools, such as Zapier and Airtable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation strategies, including email and SMS marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
