A day in the life
Under the direction and support of a Product Manager (Growth), you will assist in driving the execution of our Product Strategy for our core Product areas. This includes leading aspects of the agile software development cycle such as backlog grooming, daily scrums, and prioritization.Coordinate across internal teams to make sure there is good alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and OperationsEngage users in pre-launch testing and log feedback and bugsAssist in developing and maintaining the Product roadmap Analyze KPIs that inform the success of productsUnder the direction and support of a Senior Product Manager, lead the ideation, development, and launch of features and experimentsAbout you
For this role, ideally you would have: Under 3+ years of software Product Management experience ORUnder 5 years of experience in building technology in a function adjacent to Product (Engineering, QA, Design) ORTechnology-focused degree such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction or similarly technical/analytical courseworkPassionate about our missionDemonstrated ability to think critically and problem solveExcellent communication skillsOwnership mentalityAbility to engage in respectful debate and arrive at “win-win” decisionsBias for actionExcited to celebrate and winSelf-aware with a growth mindsetBenefits & Perks
