Key Areas of Focus for this Role
- Workforce Planning – Proactively manages the movement and development of talent in alignment with staffing needs. Helping to partner with leaders to assess organizational structures on a regular basis, assessing talent, skill, and knowledge gaps through analyzing trends and metrics to drive immediate and future hiring needs.
- Talent Development – Supports talent management activities, including effective goal setting, development planning, semi-annual performance reviews and succession planning. Supports continued feedback and coaching throughout the year.
- Building Organization Capability – Partners to maximize opportunities to build our talent capability at all levels, working across the organization to maximize training and development, career experiences, mentoring, and rotations.
- Associate Relations – Provides guidance on company policies and applicable employment laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.) for US based associates. Liaison and partner with global HR team to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations for projects that span worldwide workforce.
- Performance Management – Works with leaders to manage and resolve performance issues proactively to minimize risk.
- Change Management – Support the planning and implementing of effective change management strategies, communications, and training in support of major team or organizational changes. Leverages people data and analytics to proactively provide insights to leaders that inform decision making and enable change.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business, Organization Effectiveness, or related field and a minimum of two years’ HR experience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and complex associate relations issues; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Collaboration skills – record of partnering at all levels in an organization to drive priorities and results.
- Communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with all levels of the organization.
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people and talent related strategies and processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading change efforts in a matrix environment.
- Ability to make rapid decisions and pivot quickly, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to be a HR advisor with knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, engagement, learning/development, total rewards, etc.
- Strong organization, analytical, and project management skills.
Other Qualifications
- HR certification is a plus; SHRM-CP or PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR
- Prior experience supporting diverse associate populations, including both exempt and nonexempt associates.
- Ability to develop and implement talent strategies that are aligned with diverse population, thinking outside of the box to solve business challenges.
- Business Acumen – ability to understand business metrics and financials and translate business needs into talent solutions and outcomes.
- Critical thinking skills – able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyze risks, exhibit sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
