Associate Director, Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Leader.  As Associate Director of Business Development, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business needs and operational solutions within the Firm. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications that drive successful business strategies throughout the Firm.

 

·        Point of Contact between the Business Development, Legal Team and Marketing Team 

·        Present data and speak about reports to Business Development upper management

·        Monitor client virtual appointments for errors, fraudulent activity, and appointments completed.

·        Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching with managers on the following metrics: Case type Knowledge, Department Numbers, (conversion rates, revenue and projections), Intake form corrections, Intake Appointment Issues, and Billing.

·        Assist managers with department operations and case type knowledge.

·        Side-by-Side selling with the virtual call team, QC sales calls, and approving discounts.

·        Assist Managers with driving revenue, client conversion and client experience.

·        Motivate the team with positive reinforcement, patience, and engagement.

·        Point of contact and source for Virtual Call Team, Intakes, Intake Support, and Retentions to get answers on questions regarding office process, procedures, and case types.

·        Ensure that escalations are scheduled for Client Success Coordinator tasks.

·        Maintain incoming and outbound calls at target goals daily.

·        Review and manage Litify for intake schedules and appointment distribution within the firm.

·        Handle High Priority in client escalations.

·         Assist with Virtual Call Team, Intakes, Intake Support, and Retentions Interviews and onboarding for their remote virtual teams.

·         World class customer service skills

·         Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves and others, including ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate

·        Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment with ability to motivate and drive team engagement

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox and Case Management or related software

·        Bilingual (Spanish-English)

 

Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management)preferred not required
