Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include BOTOX® Cosmetic, CoolSculpting®, JUVÉDERM® and more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking to add to our high performing team to do just that.
Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

*There are 2 Associate Creative Director roles opened on our team, one in B2B and one in B2C space*
As the Associate Creative Director, you will report to the Creative Director, as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.
Support B2B and/or B2C campaigns, delivering stand-out creative across all marketing channels (paid and organic social, CRM, display, partnerships, landing pages, and content) with minimal oversight.
Partner with your Creative Director to evolve the Allē brand and visual identity and learn how to create asset libraries.
Manage and mentor 1-2 Brand Designers and/or Copywriters and be a hands-on contributor.
Represent creative work to cross-functional partners and stakeholders, onboard new external agencies.
Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with key stakeholders; medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance; and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
Provide insights into design trends, conduct reviews of competitor marketing and brand design, and share your learnings with the broader Allē Design team.
25% manager / 75% creator
5+ years of experience in creative roles at an agency, studio, or in-house team. Experience working within a tech startup and/or early-stage design team is a plus.
Able to span both brand design and copywriting/UX writing: experienced in your primary skillset and knowledgeable in the other. Experienced in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools.
Experienced leader with 1-2 years of experience hiring, developing, and managing a high-performing team.
A portfolio featuring examples of your outstanding design work.
