We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to support our senior designers in delivering high-quality graphic design work. As an Assistant Graphic Designer VA, you will play a crucial role in tasks such as image isolation, color changes, photo editing, and other graphic design-related activities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio, and 2-3 years of graphic design experience are essential for success in this role.

MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 20 hours
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: Between 9:00am to 4:00pm EST
SHIFT DAYS: Sunday-Thursday

Graphic Design Support: Assist senior designers with manual Photoshop work, including isolating images, making color changes, and performing photo editing with a high level of precision.
Graphic Updates: Make minor adjustments to existing graphics, such as updating logos throughout product catalogs or making other requested changes
Hero Image Creation: Create eye-catching hero images with a white or no background, ensuring they meet the desired specifications.
Graphics Slicing: Precisely slice graphics to specific dimensions as required for various design projects.
Graphic Duplication: Duplicate existing graphics with slight adjustments while maintaining design consistency.

Qualifications:

A portfolio or samples of previous graphic design work that showcase your skills and style.
Proficiency and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work.
Proficiency in the English language, with excellent communication skills.
Strong work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
