The Interview Process: This is a three-week process with 3 stages: First, a 45 min HR chat ➡️ Then a 1.5h then a live technical assessment ➡️ Then a 1h cultural fit interview

Your team: 14 people (1 Technical lead, 1 Project Manager, 1 Product Owner, 1 Backend Developer, 1 Frontend Developer, 3 iOS Developers, 3 Android Developers, 2 Quality Assurance Analysts and YOU!)

What will be your responsibilities?
- Develop High-Quality Applications: Craft and refine Android applications using the latest technologies. Your work will directly impact the user experience and functionality of our digital offerings.

- Collaborate on New Features: Partner with team members across disciplines to develop and launch new functionalities, enhancing our app's value and engagement.

- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring our applications are scalable and reliable.

- Innovate and Integrate: Continuously explore new technologies and integrate external data sources and APIs to improve app performance and functionality.

- Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize to ensure our applications are fast and reliable.

- Contribute to Strategy: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, guiding the future direction of our development efforts.

What will you bring?

- Proven Android Development Experience: Strong portfolio in Android app development using Kotlin.

- Technical Skills: Expertise in Android SDK and Material Design. Proficiency with RESTful API integration and Agile methodologies.

- Design and Optimization: A keen eye for design aligned with Android guidelines and skills in debugging and performance optimization.
