Analytics Director: Marketing
Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics consulting services and product firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking candidates for a Marketing Analytics Director contractor for our Consulting Services team. The role will require a 40 hour a week commitment for approximately 6 months.
A Director will have the opportunity to utilize their experience with analytics and deriving business insights to work directly with the client team, client executives and provide leadership to the client marketing analytics team to support development of the marketing analytics strategy. This will include regular on-site client collaboration and has the option of staff-to-hire.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for executing tasks related to a Marketing Analytics Director
- Marketing Analytics Director to lead the analytics team in driving data-driven insights and strategies optimize marketing initiatives.
- Support marketing team in conducting analysis, making marketing decisions, and optimizing marketing spend.
- Lead Marketing Growth Steering Committees to summarize key marketing trends and insights to the business.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy that aligns with Marketing and the company's overall objectives.
- Serve as a hands-on leader, with the ability to independently drive and execute advanced marketing analytics initiatives while also delegating tasks to other team members.
- Utilize Advanced statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+) in marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably in the Cruise or Hospitality Industry (Airline, hotel, etc.)
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R SQL, Tableau).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the marketing analytics team; and provide confidence to the marketing team in your findings.
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics and CRM/CDP Platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Amperity)
