Analyst - Supply Chain

The Veolia VWTS team is seeking a strong data analyst with Tableau design experience to assist with the design and development of Tableau dashboards to connect and visualize data. The successful candidate will support both logistics and plant operations for North America (NAM).

The candidate will work on developing automated Tableau dashboards to visualize data which allow for customer self-service access to search and filter data. This allows the users to quickly identify opportunities, cost savings and optimization of processes with minimal effort. This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Data and Analytics Lead and be based in the Trevose/Horizon, Pa location preferred with option for remote.

The successful candidate will work cross functionally with Fleet, Planning, Manufacturing, along with the extended NAM Logistics team.

This is a vital role that will drive digital transformation and include conversations with various levels of the organization.

Job Description

• Work on the design and development of Tableau dashboards for digital transformation and reporting.
• Responsible for interviewing internal customers who have data needs and developing dashboards that will meet their needs.
• Responsible for supporting both Logistics and Manufacturing Tableau dashboard requests based on priorities as defined.
• Reports direction to the Supply Chain Data and Analytics Lead and supports projects as assigned.
• Runs reports, interface with Production, Logistics, Planning as needed and as required to ensure timely completion and release of dashboarding projects.
• Identify & react to both short-term & long-term data and analytic plans by working with management to define digital strategy.
• Work with other core team members as needed to scope out and define digital data needs for dashboarding projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in supply chain/business, with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and digital tools, like Tableau, Click View or Power BI applications.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SAP experience with data analytics.
• Must have working knowledge digital visualization tools, like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
