AI Trainer Image QA Evaluator
Location: South Korea | Remote
Engagement: Freelance / Independent Contractor | Project-Based | Part-Time
About the Project
We are looking for English-speaking Image Quality Evaluators based in South Korea to support AI training and evaluation projects.
You will review images and assess their quality according to project guidelines, helping improve the accuracy and performance of AI systems.
You do not need to be Korean. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are currently living in South Korea, have lived there for several years, and are highly familiar with Korean culture, everyday life, and local context.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate images based on quality standards and project guidelines.
- Identify issues such as blur, poor lighting, noise, exposure, compression, and framing.
- Evaluate visual content with awareness of South Korean cultural and local context.
- Accurately describe and interpret images in English.
- Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
- Flag unusual cases or data-quality issues to the project team.
Requirements
- Currently residing in South Korea.
- Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in South Korea.
- Have a South Korean bank account in your own name to receive payments.
- Have lived in South Korea for several years and have strong familiarity with Korean culture and local context.
- English: C1 level or above.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
- Laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.
- Previous experience in AI, data annotation, transcription, QA, or content evaluation is a plus, but not required.
Nationality is not a requirement. Local knowledge and lived experience in South Korea are.
