At ZigZag Global, we believe that we work best when we appreciate that everyone works in different ways. That is why we are highly flexible with our ways of working models - whether that is fully remote or part hybrid (office location dependant).

ZigZag Global is on a mission to reduce the cost and environmental waste of customer returns for our clients and enable a superior customer service that caters for a growing range of customer needs. We achieve this through our best-in-class, award winning technology platform and services, that transform the post purchase experience for over 100 clients globally.

We are expanding our workforce across Europe, so there is opportunity to travel across locations, including the UK, Portugal, Bulgaria and beyond! We are also strengthening our ways of working and cultural processes, so if you enjoy having an impact in these areas, then the sky is the limit for how much of an impact you can have with us.

  5. Communicate regularly with other Product Owners to ensure alignment of deliverables where there are intra-team dependencies.
  6. Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer’s and Carrier’s needs.

Requirements

  • Experience working in both domestic and international logistics industries.
  • Experience working with carrier aggregator solutions.
  • Excellent team motivator to ensure delivery dates are met.

You’ll join a brilliantly diverse group across Europe. We believe a business is strongest when its teams are both inclusive and diverse. We recognise and aim to challenge everyday biases, remove obstacles to inclusion and ensure all our people can thrive and be themselves.
