Your Mission
We are looking for an agile coach to join the agile team at BlaBlaCar. The team mission is to support people and teams across the organization, to make delivery more collaborative and efficient. As an agile coach, your role will be to coach, train, advise and mentor people to make better collaboration. You will be reporting to Marion and working within a team of 3 agile coaches.
Your responsibilities
- Support organization, teams and people to grow agility and adaptability mindset
- Coach teams and people to foster changes
- Facilitate workshops to increase collaboration and continuous improvement
- Support agile maturity assessment and health checks
- Train on Scrum, kanban and any useful practice to increase agility and efficiency in teams
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agile coaching with diverse practices and frameworks (kanban, scrum, scale, etc)
- Change management expertise, ability to influence change at the right pace and in the right way to ensure adoption
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that bring people together and inspire cooperation.
- Curious, Humble, open-minded and excellent facilitating and listening skills
- Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples
Nice to have: international experience, understanding of start-up/scale-up environment, software development background, tools such as Jira/ Confluence, French and/or Ukrainian speaking
