AFFILIATE MANAGER JOB SUMMARY

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire affiliate program, which involves working with agents who receive commissions based on the trips they refer people to. You will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, getting them set up, communicating with them, monitoring their accounts, and overseeing events for affiliate agents. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling marketing towards affiliates and the program, researching systems to make the process run smoothly, and overseeing incentive programs to engage and encourage the affiliate agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate agents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive revenue growth
  • Provide ongoing support to affiliates to ensure their success in the program
  • Analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to improve results
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for growth within the affiliate program
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue
  • Work with partners to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze affiliate program metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage commission payments and ensure timely payouts to affiliates
  • Report on affiliate program performance to senior management on a regular basis
  • Handle marketing towards affiliates and the program
  • Research systems to make the process run smoothly, and streamlined
  • Oversee incentive programs to engage and encourage affiliate agents
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials for the affiliate program
  • Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy for the company

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field
  • Experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships
  • Experience in developing and executing successful affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good motivator and ability to work well with people

Working Conditions

  • This is a remote role
  • This role will require the person to communicate using email, company chat, video conferencing, and the phone

Physical Requirements

  • The employee will be looking at screens for extended periods of time
