Pay Range: $80,377 - 124,412 Annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

NFM’s Adobe Multi-Solution Engineer will be the SME, developer, and system administrator for the Adobe technology stack. The primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements for these tools into custom implementations to provide the business with needed functionality. Applicants for this position may work remotely from their home. However, they must live in one of the states where NFM operates, including IA, NE, MO, KS, and TX.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Detail: Document use cases, business requirements and technical solution designs
• Research: Identify impacted systems and dependencies of system changes
• Collaborate: Meet with business stakeholders to identify use cases and gather requirements
• Transform: Translate use cases and business requirements to technical specifications for implementation
• Improve: Develop user onboarding and documentation
• Oversee: Manage tactical implementation of Adobe system enhancements

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience managing Adobe Experience Cloud/Platform products
• 2 years of experience in software development life cycle
• Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, and similar applications
• Ability to interact and communicate impact and change to all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, including business and technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
• Excellent understanding of analytics and tag management best practices, including workflows and planning
• Outstanding project management skills with proven experience managing end-to-end projects including managing budget, timelines/milestones, multiple partners and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects
• Estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively (team oriented) with an enthusiastic attitude
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

Preferred Experience:
• Proficient in Adobe Data Collection (Launch) or equivalent tag management system
• Experience with on-demand reporting/Analysis/business intelligence tools
• Experience with Enterprise CRM/CMS
• Experience with on-demand reporting/Analysis/business intelligence tools.
• The right mix of experience in Marketing and Technology is highly desirable
• 3+ years’ experience with Web Analytics Tools
• 2 years+ experience in JavaScript and Various JavaScript libraries and Experience in Workflow (Import, export, maintenance, data extraction)
