Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Accounts receivable experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business
• Proven capacity to work within a small team environment
• Skilled in use of Excel
• Xero experience

Nice to Have:

• Highly desirable if worked for another MSP or has knowledge of the platform Connectwise Manage

What will you do?

• Syncing & Sending invoices
• Syncing & posting vendor bills
• Bank + Credit card reconciliation
• Creating payments for authorization
• Payroll & Super processing – Leave review + Payment authorization + Submission of payroll report to ATO.
• Posting of Manual Journals
• Employee and customer on-boarding or off-boarding tasks
• Credit card manual payments processing
• Sending Statements, Clearing off CW Invoices (SR/Projects)
