The Account Management function at Playson is responsible for driving revenue from our game portfolio, building and leveraging long-lasting relationships with our clients. The chosen candidate will work with a tightly-knit team of professionals and enjoy lots of opportunities to learn, travel, and be a valuable contributor to the company’s success.
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:
✅ Preference for 2 years of proven and demonstrable account management experience in iGaming
✅ Experience of managing high-value accounts and clients
✅ Ability to communicate and present on all levels within and outside the organization
✅ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details
✅ CRM management or promotion management experience highly desirable
✅ Proactive and a go-getter mindset focused on results
✅ Comfortable with intermediate data processing, presentation, and analysis
✅ Agility and adaptability to the fast-paced market changes
✅ Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic, and structured with a high degree of discipline
✅ Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
Main responsibilities:
🤝 Take full ownership of customer relationships, and act as the main interface between the customer accounts and the company
🤝 Take full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives
🤝 Develop and implement customer account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives, maximizing long/short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction
🤝 Develop a trusted advisor relationship and facilitate the optimisation of customer accounts operations around the company’s gaming solutions and promotional offerings
🤝 Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions according to customer needs and objectives
🤝 Be responsible for monthly revenue tracking and reporting, giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information when relevant
🤝 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships on all levels
🤝 Participate and as appropriate, take an active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars in the industry
🤝 At all times be a good Ambassador and have a clear understanding of and the importance of the company’s core values
