We are a data and analytics company offering real-time and historical occupancy data via proprietary hardware and software technology. In real-time, our system measures how many people are in a building, floor, or a specific zone. We offer solutions for companies and organizations in verticals that include universities, corporate office space, multifamily housing, retail, fitness, recreation, dining, and government. Space management technology is a fast-growing industry with more attention than ever placed on efficient space usage, customer experience, and data analytics for the physical world.
Job Description
We are seeking an account manager who has a successful history of building customer relationships and is ready to roll their sleeves up to help manage our growing list of customer accounts across verticals. Our account managers act as the main point of contact for their clients with the goal of building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with each account, always striving to find the right products and/or cadence of communications that meet their individual needs. This person would work with multiple departments including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product and Marketing to achieve our client goals from onboarding to ongoing account maintenance, product delivery, and expansion strategies. This person would have their ears to the ground, identifying industry trends to support revenue and retention goals, and the ability to analyze customer data to enhance their experience with our technology.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have extremely strong communications and problem-solving skills. Our team works remotely, so we need someone who is a self-starter, resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
