About the Position:

The Account Manager will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers. This position will drive client success through effective account management and strong project management in the ecommerce and/or B2B vertical. This role will be responsible for managing the internal team of Account Coordinators while working collaboratively with Media and Creative. This role reports to our Account Director. The salary range for this position is $60k-$80k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact:

  • Leadership: You will steer and inspire a dedicated team of 2-3 Account Coordinators, fostering their growth and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will use data and client insights to spearhead impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will elevate our client partnerships by being their go-to advisor, consistently adding value and ensuring their success.
  • Accountability: You will champion daily operations, ensuring that workflow is seamless and deliverables consistently exceed standards.
  • Collaboration: You will engage actively with various departments, fostering a culture of unity and shared purpose.
  • Financial Management: You will guide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring fiscal discipline and accountability.
  • Strong Data Storyteller: You will artfully weave data into compelling narratives, providing clients with insights that resonate and inform.
  • Generative AI: You will embrace the potential of AI, continuously learning and innovating ways it can drive value for our clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: You will remain at the forefront of industry shifts, ensuring our strategies and methodologies reflect current best practices.
  • Strategic Planning: You will craft and execute visionary project plans each month, consistently aiming to surpass client objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agency roles or high-touch client services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance-driven paid media strategies and execution.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve its fullest potential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of conveying ideas effectively.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and its role in driving successful campaigns.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, specifically with budgeting and forecasting for marketing campaigns.
  • Possesses a coachable and growth-oriented mindset, always eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a proven ability to uphold high standards and hold colleagues accountable for deliverables.
